Lucy Beresford is a writer, broadcaster and a psychotherapist at the Belgravia Clinic. She hosts a weekly phone-in Sex and Relationships show on LBC Radio, presents the live webcast Love Decoded for eHarmony and is an Agony Aunt on ITV’s This Morning. She’s also a regular on Sky News, analysing current events and has appeared in hundreds of documentaries and programmes commenting on popular culture.
She’s the author of 4 books, including the international best-seller Happy Relationships: at home, work and play. Her second novel, Invisible Threads, set in Delhi, was shortlisted for the Rubery International Prize. Passionate about women’s rights and giving women a voice, Lucy has also worked with a charity in India that rescues women from brothels – work that deeply informed Invisible Threads. Lucy is the Founder of The Kindness Club and under this umbrella she launched in 2015 the Refuge for Books initiative, where people donate books to help her create libraries in shelters run by Refuge, the domestic violence charity. Lucy recently received a Prime Minister’s Points of light award for this scheme.
Lucy is currently developing a TV documentary on body confidence.
