Elleni Katalanos, aka the Green Greek, is a chef and food content creator. Half Greek Cypriot, half English, she was raised in London and trained in Michelin-starred kitchens like The River Café. She now focuses on seasonal, plant-forward cooking rooted in sustainability, simplicity & soul.
Her love of food began in her family kitchen, learning to cook from her Yiayia and the women in her life. Her food is a celebration of memory, connection & care. What Greeks call Meraki: doing something with such passion that you leave a part of yourself in it.
