“The Standard’s literacy campaign is absolutely fantastic. If you are a reader you know what a solace, and an escape books are and how inspiring they can be. They really do open up whole new worlds. . .”

The event was set up through BBC Radio 2’s 500 Words competition so while he was there, Andy encouraged his audience to enter the competition and gave them some writing tips!
