Ruth Ware, New York Times-bestselling author of the mystery thriller The It Girl, will be taking part in a Miss Marple-themed panel discussion at Shoreham Word Fest this weekend in celebration of Miss Marple’s centenary.

The event, entitled ‘Reinventing Miss Marple’, takes place at the Shoreham Centre on Saturday 15th October at 1.15pm, and will see Ruth join Kate Mosse, Dreda Say Mitchell and Elly Griffiths, fellow authors and contributors to the brand new Marple short story collection, in a discussion of the famous sleuth:

“Miss Marple will be 100 this year. In a festival first, we are lucky enough to have a panel of crime writers tasked with creating new adventures for the divine Miss M.”
