To mark National Reading Group Day on 20 June, Readinggroups.org are on a hunt to discover the debut author of 2015 that reading groups are most excited about. Only a handful of books have made the shortlist.

With readers casting their votes, the books are neck-and- neck. Voting closes on 24 May and the winning author will be announced on National Reading Group Day.
