Kate Maryon, author of Shine and, most recently, Invisible Girl, has started her book tour around Britain. She will appear publicly while also making special appearances at schools up and down the country…

…Kate will be appearing at Hay on Wye Festival on Sunday 2nd June, where she will take part in a panel session with John Bird and Andy McCullough. The event will be held in the Green Tent from 2.30pm, where Kate will be signing copies of her book from3.30pm until 4.00pm. This is an open event where all are welcome to attend; tickets can be purchased by clicking here. Kate’s next public appearance will be the following day, Monday 3rd June, at Abergavenny Library, starting at 10.00am. Here, she will be discussing her book, Invisible Girl, and signing copies for fans from 11.00am until 11.45am. Kate will then be attending private school events until Monday 17th June, when she will be appearing at St Albans Library, Hertfordshire. This event will take place from 10.00am to 12.00pm, with an hour long book signing taking place from 11.00am.
