News  ·  The It Girl Features in Literary Review’s August Crime Round-up

The It Girl, the page-turning New York Times bestseller by crime author Ruth Ware, has featured in Literary Review‘s round-up of the best crime novels this August.

In the round-up, which you can read in full here, Natasha Cooper praises Ware’s latest murder mystery thriller, writing:

“This time-slip story about a group of adolescent friends in their first year at Oxford deals with uncertainty, manipulation and eventually murder… This is a highly readable and persuasive novel.”

Everyone wanted her life.
Someone wanted her dead.

It was Hannah who found April’s body ten years ago.
It was Hannah who didn’t question what she saw that day.
Did her testimony put an innocent man in prison?

She needs to know the truth.

Even if it means questioning her own friends.
Even if it means putting her own life at risk.

Because if the killer wasn’t a stranger, it’s someone she knows…

The It Girl is out now. Grab your US copy here, and your UK copy here, or, better, via your local bookshop or Bookshop.org.
