News  ·  The Woman in Cabin 10 Receives Glowing Review

Bestselling author Ruth Ware‘s ‘tense, twisty’ (Angela Clarke) thriller The Woman in Cabin 10 has been reviewed by Dennis Fischman of The Somerville Times, an American newspaper based in Massachusetts.

In the review, Fischman wrote:

‘As with the previous book by Ruth Ware, I enjoyed this one and wouldn’t stop reading it until the end. Lo Blacklock, despite multiple problems with mental health and addiction, was someone I could care about (and I’m pleased to see that for the first time ever, Ware has returned to one of her characters – Lo stars in The Woman in Suite 11, to be released in 2025).’

This was meant to be the perfect trip. The Northern Lights. A luxury press launch on a boutique cruise ship.

A chance for travel journalist Lo Blacklock to recover from a traumatic break-in that has left her on the verge of collapse.

Except things don’t go as planned.

Woken in the night by screams, Lo rushes to her window to see a body thrown overboard from the next door cabin. But the records show that no-one ever checked into that cabin, and no passengers are missing from the boat.

Exhausted and emotional, Lo has to face the fact that she may have made a mistake – either that, or she is now trapped on a boat with a murderer…

The Woman in Cabin 10 is available now. Grab your copy here in the US and here in the UK or, better, via your local bookshop or Bookshop.org.
