Ireland’s Easy Food magazine has featured Baking It Easy, the Sunday Times-bestseller from social media baking star Eloise Head (aka Fitwaffle), in its Cookbook Corner this month, alongside three delicious and easy-to-make recipes.

“We were only too delighted when this book dropped; we at Easy Food are big, big fans of Fitwaffle’s tiny, tiny ingredient lists and drool-worthy bakes and treats,” writes the magazine. “Eloise’s recipes are accompanied by easy tips and simple swaps to make these treats as fun to make as they are to eat.”

The April 1st magazine features three recipes: Cookie Dough Brownies, Speculoos Cake, and Chocolate Malt Ball Rocky Road.
