Join our boutique literary agency! We are looking for an Agency Assistant to join our busy team of three and work across nearly all aspects of the business, from website management to manuscript reading. This is an extremely varied role, and no two days will be the same.

Based in London, we represent an eclectic list of children’s, fiction and nonfiction authors, featuring many bestsellers and award-winners, including Ruth Ware, Eloise Head, James Norbury, Andy Stanton, Tia Fisher, Luan Goldie, Len Pennie, Han Smith, and Paul Cooper.

We are offering a 12-month fixed term contract beginning in November from £26k per annum, depending on experience.
