Andy Stanton, who won the inaugural Roald Dahl Funny Prize in 2008 with Mr Gum and the Dancing Bear, will judge this years prize alongside comedian Bill Bailey, chairman Michael Rosen and authors Louise Rennison and Mini Grey. The shortlist will be announced on September 7th and the winner in November.
