Social media baking star Eloise Head (aka Fitwaffle) has had several delicious recipes from her brand new book, Baking It Easy, featured in a number of magazines and newspapers this past weekend.

Writing in Saturday’s Daily Express and Daily Record, award-winning chef and restaurateur Aldo Zilli praised Eloise’s Speculoos cake as “brilliant as it only has three ingredients yet will wow your
guests. Could this be the easiest dessert ever? It’s perfect for a rainy day baking with the kids and they will love the results.”

Zilli also thoroughly enjoyed Eloise’s “no-bake chocolate hazelnut cheesecake bars”, and described her “lemonies” as being “super-zesty and easy to bake. The whole family will love them.”
