Jennifer Rinkoff is the great-granddaughter of Hyman Rinkoff and a fourth-generation Rinkoff baker. She has always had a love for baking and has fond memories of growing up with the family business at the centre of her life.

Jen officially joined the business in 2007 and made her mark in 2013 by introducing the Crodough(c) to the bakery. She now heads up new product development and marketing, spending her days dreaming up new creations. Next in the pipeline? A spin on Rinkoffs’ iced beigels, possibly with a pistachio cream…
