Massimo Bazzoli is a home cook, former head buyer for a high-end Italian food business, and now content creator with a rapidly growing following of 710k across platforms.

Having grown up attentively watching his nonna cook and worked abroad in hospitality for several years, Massimo has a lifelong passion for food. Frustrated with the general perception of Italian food as just pizza and pasta, he quit his job to pursue his dream of bringing the full universe of Italian cuisine to life.

He grew up on a small farm near Lake Garda and currently lives in Stockholm with his wife and daughter, but travels back to Italy a few times a year.
