Michael has spent over 25 years as a baker and pastry chef in some of the UK’s most respected restaurants and bakeries, from multi Michelin starred restaurants in the Lake District and London to award winning bakeries and farm shops in Bristol and the Cotswolds.

His career has taken him to many amazing places around the world, Japan, New York & Montreal all of which have added their own influence and contribution to his passion for food. None more so however than his childhood, raised on a farm in rural Northamptonshire & surrounded by nature, a love of cooking developed at an early age and continues to grow today in the bakery where he spends his time creating seasonal breads and pastries.
