Baking It Easy, the Sunday Times-bestselling cookbook by social media baking star Eloise Head (aka Fitwaffle), climbed up the chart for Amazon’s annual Prime Day.

In an article on the impact of the discount day, The Bookseller noted how Fitwaffle’s Baking It Easy was one of a few titles to “boomerang” back up the charts:

“With book-buyers’ shopping habits changed since the pandemic, Amazon’s annual Prime Day has never had a more noticeable effect on the charts, especially in Hardback Non-fiction.”

A book of simple and easy-to-make sweet treats, Baking It Easy contains recipes of only a few ingredients which are suitable for all baking abilities and are utterly delicious!

These recipes are designed for bakers who don’t have much time to spend in the kitchen or buying lots of fancy baking ingredients, but don’t want to skimp out on indulgent desserts.
