Social media baking star Eloise Head (aka Fitwaffle) has had several recipes from her brand new book, Baking It Easy, featured in Sainsbury’s Magazine – The Modern Baker, available from 17th March.

The magazine includes five delicious and easy-to-make recipes: Speculoos Rocky Road; Cinnamon Roll in a Mug; Cookies and Cream Magic Bars; Chocolate Biscuit Cake; and Stuffed Chocolate Muffins.
