Ruth Ware has been featured on The New York Times’ “Inside The List” column, which runs alongside its best sellers charts.

In the 25th August edition, Ruth’s latest novel, The Turn of the Key, charted at #3 in the hardcover best sellers.

The paper ran a short extract of the book, along with a feature in which Ruth picks her five favourite haunted house stories: Susan Hill’s The Woman in Black, Stephen King’s The Shining, Daphne Du Maurier’s Rebecca, Sarah Waters’s The Little Stranger, and Shirley Jackson’s The Haunting of Hill House.
