Leserpreis, the biggest people’s choice book award in the German-speaking region, has nominated…

… Saskia Sarginson’s novel The Twins as one of the best books this year.

Selected upon whether the book struck, entertained or impressed its readers the most, over 4,500 books and authors were nominated for Leserpreis 2014 award, and The Twins was amongst the chosen favourite books. This honour lands Saskia’s novel on the shortlist in the category “Fiction,” included amongst 35 other books.

But now the important phase begins. Readers can vote for their favourite books until the closing date of Wednesday, November 27^th. Then on Friday, November 28th, the Leserpreis will award three authors with Gold, Silver and Bronze.
