…Tracey read and performed Shifty McGifty and Slippery Sam, alongside illustrator Steven Lenton, to a crowd of enthusiastic younger readers.

Chris Hawkins, author of BBC’s Hay Diary, reviewed the event: “As a parent, that kind of imagination coupled with the performance element is joyous.”

Tracey’s event was also picked as a Hay Festival highlight on BBC Radio 6.
