News  ·  ‘Comforting’: The Stylist on Natalia Rudin’s Cooking Fast and Slow

Personal chef turned social media star Natalia Rudin (also known as @natsnourishments) has just been featured in The Stylist.

The article, written by Stylist editor Tayla Mitchell, outlines three of her favourite recipes from Rudin’s new cookbook, Cooking Fast and Slow.

The recipes discussed are Natalia’s sticky chicken skewers, kimchi noodle stir fry, and basil, courgette and pistachio pasta.

Check out the recipes online here.

Natalia shows readers how to take simple everyday ingredients like beans, peppers, yoghurt, veg, spices, pasta and tomatoes and elevate them to another level so that simple food feels posh, and posh food feels simple.

Cooking Fast and Slow is the new must-have for every home cook who wants soul-nourishing, comforting food, no matter how much time they have on their hands, and who wants cooking plant-based food to feel more like an indulgence than a sacrifice.

Cooking Fast and Slow: Easy, Comforting, (Mostly) Plant-based Recipes for Busy People  is out now. Order your copy here, or, better, via Bookshop.org and your local bookstore.
