Personal chef turned food influencer Natalia Rudin is hosting a food salon at the Charlotte Street Hotel that you’d be a fool to miss!

On Saturday 19th July, you’ll have the chance—from 11:30 to 13:00—to pick Natalia’s brain about eating well under a time-pressed schedule and her journey into food.

Grab your tickets here.

Hosted in conversation with presenter Hannah Harley Young, host of the Crazy Sexy Food podcast, you’ll hear Hannah and Natalia discuss the book’s themes—from speedy weeknight dishes to slow, soul soothing plates.

After the panel, you’ll head to the hotel’s Oscar restaurant to enjoy a lunch featuring a variety of recipes from the instant Sunday Times Bestseller.

For your starters, you have:

  • Smashed Beans with Caponata and Sourdough
  • Harissa Chickpeas with Squash and Pomegranate
  • Crispy Aubergine on Tahini Yoghurt with Tofu Mince

The main course comprises of:

  • Slow Roasted Oyster Mushroom Ragu

To top it all off, enjoy a dessert of:

  • Roasted Apricots with Cardamom Cream and Pistachio Brittle

Natalia will be on hand to chat, answer questions, and sign copies of Cooking Fast and Slow.

Natalia shows readers how to take simple everyday ingredients like beans, peppers, yoghurt, veg, spices, pasta and tomatoes and elevate them to another level so that simple food feels posh, and posh food feels simple.

Cooking Fast and Slow is the new must-have for every home cook who wants soul-nourishing, comforting food, no matter how much time they have on their hands, and who wants cooking plant-based food to feel more like an indulgence than a sacrifice.

Cooking Fast and Slow: Easy, Comforting, (Mostly) Plant-based Recipes for Busy People  is out now. Order your copy here, or, better, via Bookshop.org and your local bookstore.

You can find it on US Amazon here.
